Watched Vassili's Garden last night on Channel 31. Your garden looks great, as I expected it would. Am inspired all over again. My friend 'Little One' and I are going to try the 'mix it up' approach (ie. companion planting) to deter insects - our broccoli is getting seriously munched.

And hi again Marie Antionette! - great you saw the show - funnily enough we don't have a TV so haven't seen it ourselves yet! Happy companion planting - I think spearmint and dill are among the good companions for brassicas...
ah! well, i was visiting melbourne and wanted to pop in and check out your little utopia...have left now, but will be back in august, i hope!
